Delivery Channel
Delivery is completed through the official Telegram bot assigned to the selected product. GenPlay CloudPhone Subscription uses GenPlay Store Bot. All other products use Dragonor Store Bot.
Delivery Items
Based on the purchased product, the customer may receive software access, subscription access, account information, an activation code, certificate details, or another relevant digital fulfilment item.
Expected Delivery Time
After successful payment confirmation in the Telegram bot, automated delivery is normally completed within a few minutes when the provider system is available. Manual support handling, provider outages, or incomplete customer details may delay fulfilment.
Delayed Delivery
If delivery is delayed, contact @dragonorarmyff or businessdragonorarmy@gmail.com with the order ID, payment reference, product name, selected validity, and Telegram username.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation may be recorded by the Telegram bot through order status, delivery status, generated fulfilment details, or support notes.
No Physical Shipping
Because all items are digital, shipping address, courier tracking, and cash-on-delivery options are not applicable.
